Every visual required a designer, brand manager approval and multiple rounds of revisions. This made it nearly impossible to produce content at the volume and speed that social media demands.
Every time the marketing team needed a new visual — an Instagram post for an anniversary, a banner for a limited offer, an animation for a campaign — the request had to go through a long chain: briefing the designer, waiting for a first draft, giving feedback, revisions, approval. Two to three days per visual was the norm.
For a brand that needs to be as visually consistent as InShared, with an iconic puppet character appearing across every channel, this created structural delays. The team simply could not react fast enough to trends or campaign moments.
Together with InShared we built an AI platform for visual generation. The marketing team can now create on-brand puppet visuals themselves, in minutes. Built-in safety rules, brand guidelines and quality checks ensure every output is consistent — no designer bottleneck, no approval delays, full creative control for the team.
The platform runs on InShared's own brand assets and style rules. The AI system understands how the puppet character should move, which colours and typography fit the brand, and which composition works for each channel. The team fills in a short brief and receives multiple options within minutes.
