To address this, we developed Vita — a digital assistant designed to simplify the process of accessing health information. Vita is powered by a carefully curated database of more than 1,000 trusted sources, all verified by healthcare professionals for accuracy. This ensures that the information provided is reliable and up to date.
Our chat-based system functions similarly to popular AI chatbots, but with one crucial difference: Vita's responses are limited to our verified dataset. This ensures that all information comes from credible sources, eliminating the risk of incorrect or misleading content. The key features of Vita are:
- Set-Up Flow: Three introductory questions help Vita understand the user's situation, enabling personalised advice.
- Dashboard: An overview of questions asked, interesting articles and FAQs for easy regular access.
